Domestic shipping costs a flat rate of 5 EUR, shipping to other EU countries cost a flat rate of 10 EUR and shipping to the rest of the world a flat 15 EUR. Free shipping for all orders over 120 EUR. Orders are shipped via Pošta Slovenije. Order processing may take up to 7 days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
